🎯 Objective-Specific Tracking Tips
OBJ1 Daily Support
- Track in real-time: Update ticket counts every Friday
- Watch for: Sudden spikes in aging tickets
- Escalate: If tickets exceed 5, flag immediately
OBJ2 Project Support + Process Improvement
- Keep a running list: Each time you support a project or identify a pain point, add it here
- Evidence matters: Link to meeting notes or documents
- Quality over quantity: 5 meaningful pain points > 10 superficial ones
OBJ3 Project Delivery Lead
- Milestone tracking: Break each project into phases
- Risk register: Note any blockers or delays
- Stakeholder updates: Link to status reports
OBJ4 Personal Development
- Practice log: Record each PPT practice or speaking session
- Feedback collection: After presentations, note what worked
- Exam prep: Track study hours and topics covered
OBJ5 AI Related
- Stage tracking: Clearly define each stage (Research → POC → Development → Testing → Deployment)
- Learning log: Document what you learn each week
- Success criteria: Define “success” for Phase I clearly
⚠️ Common Mistakes to Avoid
| Mistake | Why It Hurts | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Updating only once a month | Lose visibility on risks | Update status weekly |
| Being too optimistic | Miss real problems | Be honest with 🟡/🔴 |
| Ignoring low-weight objectives | They still matter for total score | Spend 5 min/week on OBJ4 |
| Not linking to evidence | Hard to prove progress | Always add links to docs |
| Forgetting to update after reviews | Tracker becomes stale | Update immediately after review |
